The Benriner mandoline is used for quickly slicing vegetables and cutting julienne strips. Thickness is easily adjusted with the screw underneath. The hand guard protects the fingers and holds the vegetable securely. A rubber foot prevents slipping, and it can rest on the edge of a bowl so slices fall directly inside. It includes three julienne blades (fine, medium, and coarse). Not dishwasher-safe.
